Our live Colorado Real Estate Broker courses are offered part time days, part time evenings, or full time days. The real estate courses online can be completed at your own pace.


The Online Mortgage Broker Program presents material via streaming video which puts you in the classroom from your location. We also offer live Mortgage Broker training.


Real Estate Appraisal We provide licensing courses along with license upgrade and continuing education courses.


Both classroom and online continuing education courses are available for real estate brokers and real estate appraisers.

AREI accepts all major credit cards, cash, certified checks or money orders. We do not accept personal checks.


If you successfully complete the AREI real estate pre-license program and final exam on the first attempt, and do not pass the state examination on the first try, we will pay your second exam fee!
