REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL CONTINUING EDUCATION

Each applicant for renewal of an appraisal license shall complete at least 42 classroom hours of real estate appraisal continuing education during the three year licensing period. All licensees renewing a license at the end of a three-year licensing period must complete the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) 7-hour update course every other year. We recommend you attend a 7-Hour USPAP update course every year to keep abreast of changes in the industry. The additional update courses can be counted towards your elective course requirement.

Continuing education requirements must be completed after the effective date of the license to be renewed and prior to the expiration of such license.
