Brokerage Administration - (24 Hours) The Brokerage Administration course is required for license upgrade to Managing Broker or provides a once in a lifetime FULL CE equivalent INCLUDING ONE COMMISSION UPDATE COURSE. The Brokerage Administration course is offered both classroom and distance learning. Course tuition $200
Commission Update Course (4 Hours) This course is required twice in each three year licensing renewal cycle by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. The course focuses on new statute and commission rules, recent court decisions, and changing standards of practice. The Commission Update Course is available both classroom and distance learning.
